    Seafood runs in Florence DeSantis’s family.
    Her father, Ralph DeSantis, helped found Two Cousins Fish Market in Albany. Now she plans to start her own seafood business.

    DeSantis has purchased the equipment and lease of the former Scubbers restaurant at Newton Plaza on Route 9 in Latham, where she opened a fantastic seafood market and restaurant . . . The Original Two Cousins Fish Market, now serving delicious dishes and seafood entrees. Take out and fresh market seafood is available daily.
